"This elegant rosé is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, two international grape varietals that have well adapted to the Trentino territory, in the heart of Dolomites.
The 2013 vintage shows a pale pink color with light copper reflections. Complex aromas of red fruit (blackberry, cherry and raspberry) with notes of white fruit and pineapple, and very slight yeasty hint. Delicate and fragrant, with an elegant and soft structure on the palate and lively acidity and minerality. A persistent perlage, fine and elegant."
